Green Smoothie Bowl

We’ve been told time and time again that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This has proven to be true as what you eat in the AM sets the tone for how you will perform the rest of the day. Having a balanced, nutrient dense breakfast is crucial for keeping energy levels high and kick starting your metabolism.



Pair it with a steeping cup of our energizing Chantilly Creme, the perfect breakfast tea to wake you up and keep you feeling lively. Together, this powerful breakfast duo will set you up to take on whatever the day throws at you!



  • Half an avocado
  • 1 medium banana + more for topping
  • 1 tsp of Spirulina Powder (we use Earthrise - Spirulina Natural)
  • ½ cup of frozen fruit of your choice (we used pineapple and mango to maintain the green colour)
  • ½ cup of Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk (or any nut milk of your choice)
  • Toppings: Granola, coconut flakes, blueberries, sliced banana, Chantilly Creme tea flakes, and whatever else your heart desires!

Step 1: Combine avocado, banana, spirulina powder, frozen fruit and milk into blender. Blend until smooth and thick.

Step 2: Pour into bowl and top with granola, coconut flakes, blueberries, and banana slices

Step 3: Serve and enjoy!
